He was born 12 March 2007 you came into this world in such a rush you was born home your daddy was the one who help you into this world. I was 7 months at that time so you was 2 months early but still you was so perfect you had your eyes wide open looking up at, who would have thought 18 hours later you would no longer be with us. It took about 5-10 mins after you was born before the ambulance arrived, and straight after them cutting your cord you should have been put straight into an incubator and took straight to hospital that was there main prioity, they should have just gone and left me behind till the other ambulance arrived which was on its way. Instead though they decided they would chase up were the other ambulance was so the paramedic went down to is ambulance to radio through and left a young trainee in the house with me who by now was holding you and had a tiny mask just above your face giving you oxygen, about 10-15 mins later the paramedic came in and informed us that the ambulance was here and that they would be going now with you and it also turned out that the oxygen had run out 5 mins or so ago so you hadn't been getting the oxygen you needed. It was about another 15 mins before they had sorted me out and we could finally get to the hospital it felt like a life time to get there. When we finally arrived the ambulance that had taken you was just coming out and in passing they informed me and daddy that you was settled and was doing really well which was a relieve to hear. We went straight to the NICU ward were you were they arrange for me and your daddy to stay in a room on the ward joining the one you was on so we could stay with you, once we were settled in we went into see you and everything just took me by surprise you was in a incubator which i knew that but we weren't expecting to see all the wires and things coming from you it was then that I realised things weren't as simple as it should have been it turned out you was very tiny and also very poorly the doctors tried every thing they could but because you had been starved of oxygen for as long as you was and also being in the cold. You had what they call stiff lung and in some cases they can get them working again but in your case it wasn't to be. It was about 2 o`clock in morning when a knock came to the door , they said we should get to you straight away you didn't have long left they had tried every thing nothing was working so they decided it was best to turn the machines off so once they turned them of you stop aswell in your daddys arms you past away. I was in shock how could this be not 18 hrs ago i'd held you in my arms and your big eyes were looking at me you looked so perfect .
